is there an unlock soft..

Does anyone of u guys know where to find a good unlock software for v50 (xx.12.xx , by cable),
i'm trying to get it for weeks with no luck!!
I'll even trade a good software for it...

as u can see this are hardwares....first. and offcourse there are njot for free
