call list empty 3618s

i deleted the call list in my ericsson 3618s recently and now every time i try to check the call list ven after calling it keep on telling call list empty. ii have already set the phone to display the call list but it doesnt. I dont want to master reset the phone becoz it will lock to some network has any one encountered this?

Sounds like a software problem very common with ericssons

please advise on how to repair the phone

Look menu, call options, that's it.

Take it to your local service center or try upgrading with total tool or DIV
