nokia 5146 - how do i transfer my phonebook to a t68i?

Just got a t68i and want to transfer my phonebook over:

Do I need to buy a 5146 data cable and software to do it?

Tried to find 'save to sim' on 5146 but couldnt find it?

Any ideas?
