My phone went crazy!!Pls help..

My 3650 went crazy .I think I installed too much applications into the phone at one go and it keeps popping up ERRORS whenenver I try to access an application!There are at least 8 errors when I on the phone!!The worst thing is I cant even send a msg now... =( cos I cant have any alpha input...Initially,there was an 'eDareon' error when I enter into msg...But now..Pls help me!!Would a formatof the phone be usefull to it?Cant someone pls inform me of the code to do so?I cant enter tools to format.It shut me out!Anyone has any suggestions that enables the phone to move faster?Even when its working perfectly fine,it seems to me that it crawls like a snail even when there are like least 110mb free space!!Also,whenever I install a program into my phone,I'll chose to have it into the mmc..But my phone memory seems to be diminishing!Keeps telling me to delete some data before I can install anything new!Your aid will be greatly appreciated!!Thx
