i tried to upgrade v 5.26 to 5.31 and get contact service
i think rom 5 phones doesn't work with 5.31 then flashed to 5.30 and it's ok now. But i tried to flash 5.31 to rom 6 and it worked.

My 8210 is rom 5, originally v5.21(c)
No problems with upgrading to 5.31(c)
