Please Help Can't unlock my 3210 to all networks! I am new to unlocking!

Please Help! I am new to unlocking and editing mobile phones. I have tried to download software off the internet to unlock my nk3210. I have the lead but everytime I use software I keep getting errors show up on the screen telling me that there are missing files. Can some1 please tell me if there is a very simple program that I can download to unlock my phone to all networks for free. Preferable a program can just be opened, when opened press 1 button then mobile is unlocked to all networks.
