Using Rolis Flasher 4.71 + Noktool 1.8 on Windows XP

Does anyone here know how to deal with Rolis Flasher 4.71 and NokTool 1.8 on Windows XP??

don't use, it run under windows 9x/me.

It does work, all you need to get the Flasher working is a little prog called UserPort.
