Philips Fisio 311 Unlocker

I have a Philips Fisio 311 and I can't get a Unlocker anywhere for it.

Can anyone help me?:confused:

But where do I get a cable for the Fisio 311?

Will any Fisio cables do and what is the two leads coming out of it do.

Do you have to put external power on them leads for DELOK?
