Nokia 7650 & Bluetooth-newbie needs help!

I've tried searching for this so please don't flame me if this has been covered several times before
I've just got my 7650 and have invested in a bluetooth USB 'dongle' - which I have setup fine, and everything seems to be working - even the net browsing via my broadband connection (which i think is cool ) But there is one thing I want to be able to do, which a quick search on the net turns up a blank.... Can I browse the files on my PC from my phone and download files selected from my phone, rather than having to 'send' the files from my PC? - If this is possible I guess i would need some some sort of FTP app for the phone? Has anyone done this? - Any help would be appreciated...
