8310 Dead???

My 8310 was suddenly off, and when i try to power on again, it can't, but on the lcd screen has something like "soft black" blank is blinking. I heard that it needs to be upgraded. So any solutions?
Or any s/w that can help me to rescue it?? i have mbus cable, dejan and nk box (and the cable to 8310 of course)...

first thing u need to try is to upgrade the software , but uneed a dct4 flasher box . do u have this ?
