C100 - cannot delete trasfered sounds/images.

I have transfered (into my C100 phone) many sounds using EasyGPRS 2.1.6 via IRDA.
After this operation I have deleted some of the transfered sounds, viewing into the display an animated hourglass for many times.
After to have turn off and turn on my phone, I have had two problems:

1) all deleted sounds and images are still presents (not deleted);
2) it's impossible to transfer other sounds/images into my phone (using EasyGPRS 2.1.6 via IRDA).

I have tried with this reset codes:
*2767*63342# (bad code)
*2767*2878# (restart my phone with German language and resetting some personal settings, but all trasfered sounds/images are still presents, don't solve my problem)
*2767*22573738# (bad code)
*2767*7822573738# (bad code)

My firmware is: C10XXWEA (Italian)

Can you help me, please?
