3595 can't receive mms

I have an unlocked AT&T 3595, and now I can't receive picture messages. I get an icon showing that there is a picture message (revolving envelope and paperclip), but I cannot receive the message (picture).My service is with T-Mobile USA. Does anybody know what the settings should be?
