Mars MT-050 contact provider

I tried to unlock one Mars MT-050 L01 (flash 4QA4024A) with MMCOM, and the phone goes to "contact provider". I tried to flash it with florin 2.09, with different flash files, but without success. Can someone help me, what is the correct procedure to revive it?

You may have to write eeprom into the phone.
Thereafter you repair the IMEI with IMEI
