i buy the cable unlock S500 to unlock one E700 that have the version I4!
but i canīt do nothing with this cable! when i connect the cable to phone he shut down!
i think the cable as a problem!
i already open it, but i only could find the modification of cable T100 to E700!
does anyone have the esquematic of CAble unlock E700?

I have the same problem. I just got the E700 (S500) serial data cable delivered today and when i connect the side with the yellow arrow nothing happens. Easygprs dosent know the phone is connected. I turned it over and connected the S500 side and it shuts down the phone. I need to take the battery out to get it to switch back on. Every one says the s500 cable is the correct one for the E700 so can anyone tell me where we are going wrong.

What is the order code of your cable then? Is this PCB133LBE or something else?
no idea m8 there is no markings on it. I got it from activemobiles.

the problem is the cable!
i try with the cable of friend of my cable s500/e700 and the phone enter in tat mode in both softwares(win imei and service tools by myky), but on win imei i can do phone in tat mode but the software can read anything from phone, on the another is enter in tat mode and do unlock, the software give me a code 54147309
i already insert a sim of another company and when we ask me from code net i put this code but give anb error!
someone could hepl me plz!!
