Switching Nokia 3650 from t-mobile to ATT settings??

Can this be done? :-? I unlocked the phone and am able to use it with my ATT sim card, but the button for T-zones (opposite the camera button) is still there. So are all the t-mobile related internet connections and such. When I try to delete them, it says they are protected or locked... IS this just a software thing that can or can't be changed? Any help would be appreciated. I just switched to this phone from the NEC 525 and this thing rocks!! Also, how do I find out which software, firmware version the phone is using? Thanks again!!
