3650 mp4 files no sound in philips camcorder pro

i got a problem with playing mp4 files which include sound (i tried watchin them on my pc) philips camcorder ´plays them but with no sound! these mp4 files are downloaded from a site and not recorded by me! i cant get them to work with sound i tried converting them to .rm but my phone wont play the rm files at all (neither realone nor philips).
so could anyone gimme a solution to that problem so that i can watch simpsons in fullscreen with sound!? with the names of the tools i need and so on! tried convertin them with nokia multimedia converter but convertin doesnt work!

und jetzt für die die des englischen nicht mächtig sind:
wenn ich ne heruntergeladene simpsons folge als *.mp4 versuche im philips player wiederzugeben dann geht das aber leider ohne sound obwohl die files sound haben wenn ich sie am pc anschaue! hab schon versuch sie in *.rm zu konvertieren aber die rm files spielt mein handy garnicht ab (weder im philips noch i realone). mit dem nokia media converter lassen sich die files garnicht erst umwandeln!

ich brauch echt dringend ne lösung für das problem oder ich ahb mir das headset umsonst gekauft! wär cool wenn jemand ne lösung hat und auchnoch die namen der nötigen tools hat!
