Backing up preinstalled apps

A lot of apps and games don't work on my Nokia 6600, it's really getting to me. Installing and uninstalling leaves files and folders behind. I'm concerned that it will make the phone slower over time and eventually be brought for service because it won't boot up. I'm thinking of formatting it.

My question are, if you guys can help me is: Can the preinstalled apps be backed-up and how?

I have UVSMStyle, Opera, Print apps, and the setting wizard app. I don't know if these will still be there after the format. Where can I copy the installer using SeleQ. Thanks. :-?
