Is This a Firmware Problem?????

I just purchased a T610 in Romania and have the following problems with it...


The most annoying is that the battery will only last for up to 3 hours ....
The phone occasionally heats up but not when charging or when it drops dead...

The phone freezes or resets, mostly when I use the WAP or camera options....

The firmware it uses it R1L013....

Please post if you've seen any of the above before.......

sounds to me like a hardware pb...

better go with it to a service centre (a good one...cause in romania everybody owns a service centre) and let them fix them for u

So which one's a good one?

And where do I get firmware upgrade??????
