Nokia PC SUite supports it. But you have to install the NOkia PC Suite for 7250, save the contacts as some filename.
Then uninstall that (or leave it installed), and install the Nokia PC Suite for 6600 ... and go to "Contacts", and import it from "Nokia 7250"
Or Nokia 7250i. Either way, same thing.
If its not the Nokia 7250/7250i, just select the phone you are importing from
