this is the old "cellular matrix" scam.
you actually don't pay for the phone, but for a hosting on their site, and you get your name in the list as an addition - for free.
then every (x) people who pay for the hosting and chose the same phone - the first one in the list will get it for free, and the others will move up in the list 1 place, and so on.
example: if for the phone you chose 10 people need to buy the hosting service, and you are number 10 in the list - you'll have to wait for 100 people to buy it and choose the same phone as you chose, in order for you to get it.
another thing about it, you don't realy pay for the phone but for the hosting, so technically the phone is a gift, and might not be given to you even when you get to the top of the list.
