3660 memory problem.

Hi!
My friend has Nokia 3660 and "little" problem with memory!

Total memory size is about 3,5Mb, but 2Mb is in use (when nothing isn't instlled)
There is no applications in the phone, but he has only 1,5Mb free! (Fhotos was deleted too)

Any ideas???
Is it possible to formate phone memory bu code? He hasn't got any cables, only IrDA port.

the format code is *#7370#

everything on fone mem will b gone, contacts, all.

if u want, u can format mmc later too.

Background apps and the phone program take up that memory. Its nothing to worry about. Just a bit annoying.
