need siemens C30 falsher

hi there,
i am in a major problem my friend had given a siemens c30 to unlock but i unlocked it in a wrong way a software which i had got from the net now the problem the set is dead and whenever i try to put it on it just blinks and goes of i downloaded a new flash for the set but the extention of it is in a .bin file and due to this i can't reflash the phone. can any one out there help me flash the phone back or ho should i go about it where can i download the software and also the flash file. i don't know the version it had before.
