X426/X427 Transfer Software

I am looking for software that will allow me to backup ringtones, wallpaper and games from my X427, and I am looking for software that I can copy Java games and apps to the phone with. I have tried EasyGPRS v2.1.8, but can only backup the phonebook and copy ringtones and images to the phone (the file viewer does not work).
I have an X427 r1.7 (X47UCDC1) and am using the Samsung OEM Data Cable (PCB093LBE). Please let me know if there is any such software available. I have searched for weeks and not found any.
