MYX3-2: enable (hidden) vibra+ring ??

In Italian TIM branded phone has some options disabled. there isn't the option to vibra and ring at the same time.

The french phone and in other countries the phone has it.

So....i suppose :) that it's possible to enable vibra+ring in my phone, playing with one/some fields.....

Any idea?
