any body knows what (TINKLO RAKTAS?) means? This is an Alcatel OT View phone. I tried inputting Alcatel master codes for BE1, BE3 models it gives me a message IVIKTAS RAKTAS NETIESING. I can't understand what this means. I can only understand english, but this may another language.
