Server Problems

I am getting 404 errors for nearly every forum and 99% of threads in forums I can enter are 404's also, and thats when the site is up!. I have used different machines at different locations and with different browsers (Opera and IE both with js/cookies turned on) anyone else getting this problem? :-?

I only have this problem when server is down

Maybee try clearing cookies or checking browser version
I can confirm it works 100% on IE6 SP1

Its also fine in Firefox 0.9.3
