MYX-1 damage test point

Hi All,
Can some 1 help me. I got one MYX-1 with damage test point.How to do, I try to read it with "Astu" no luck, only with Sagem Service 2.5.Is there any other means to unlock this phone

use the sagem service 2.5 and post fields 0 and 5709 in the code request section, you may get your code in there.
