MMC problem pls help

i have bought a new 1 GB MMC card and i have problem copying data over...

1st i format the card with my phone
then i take out the card and put in to my card reader
after i copy some data over, i take out the card and test it on the phone and it is fine...
so i take out the card and put back on the card reader and start loading more data in...
so the copying is fine! no error msg.... then i take out the card(only take out the card never put into the phone)... after a few mins i was thinking i should put in more data so i put the card back to the card reader... then it give me a lot of files with funny charaters name...

i always have this problem with this card... Format many time already.... anyone have this problem before?
is the card reader problem? or the card? or my computer?
pls advise!

by the way anyone have try any phone that work with 1GB MMC card yet?

i had a problem similar to that only with a 256mb card. I formated it over and over and always the same wierd folders and stuff or sometimes data wouldnt write to the card. finally i was fed up and decided to put it into a digital camera and when i put it back into my 6620 it worked, put it in the card reader and i had no problems with wierd folders and stuff; i heard somewhere that it has to do with the card being encrypted.
