Well you can buy a Data Cable, it'll be a USB to POP-PORT Data Cable, or you could get a Bluetooth Adapter and transfer all your data using that.
Another Alternative is to buy a MMC Card Reader, and stick your memory card in there, then just drag and drop using Windows Explorer..
