Does anyone know any good manuals to flash/mod/unlock?

I am starting to learn but it is kind of annoying having to read through a mile of FAQs and Forum posts looking for the information I need.

For Example:
Does anyone know the MCC+MNC for Tracfone 1100b in the US?

My question main question is, is there a good guide to all GSM, or a good manual for unlocking/flashing/mod? And if there is no realy good guide book worth buying. What is the best website for info. Preferably an archive (Easier to find what you need). Thanks. :grin:
