This forum is a good source for information. Other than that I say just grab your mobile and start a journey of discovery, just stay away from applications and computer connections for now being. ALso dont change any settings without reading the manual for that specific item. Give 2, 3 days and you should be fine, Unless you are one of these people who freak out when they come close to electronics.
