nokia 3100 and 6630

hello, i have one nokia 3100, i have tryed to unlock but it always gives me unorrect code or invalid code. the nokia 6630 gives me the same thing.
i have removed the card from the phone and inserted the code but it gives the error. i'am using the nokiafree program.
what could i be doing rong?
i'am from portugal.

6630 - you can not use that program to get unlock code :(
3100 - you can use :) - but you have a wrong setting somewhere.

Just to expand on what MK5 said...

You cannot currently use ANY program to unlock the 6630. Plenty of information on the whole BB5 subject to be found using search...
