Problems with Sim Cloning

I bought a USB sim cloneing device off ebay, which included a 16 in 1 card. However it is recognised as a usb "Smart Card Reader" and so, it is not assigned a com port. I can not seem to get the usb to serial drivers to load, as windows will only recognise the device as a "Smart Card Reader" The software included with the device does not actually work, as it tries to connect to a server (which it cant, and it is not a firewall issue) to verify that I actually purchased the product. However, this software does recognise the reader as an "FT SCR2000 0" It will not allow me to write to the 16 in 1 card because it is not "registered". I tried many of the programs on this website, however all ive tried will not recognise the reader as they look for a reader connected to a com port
Is there any program (besides Magicsim, the software the came with the reader) that allows me to write to the 16 in 1 card?
