Guys, I need your help with this Toshiba V603T unit.
I know that it is a CDMA phone and it won't work with
a GSM network.
So, since that won't work and this phone has a TV tuner built-in,
I would like to ask for some help on re-programming the TV tuner
so that it would receive the local TV channels here in the Philippines.
btw, it is a Vodafone unit made by Toshiba.
