Hi,
Please look at the pictures below, the image of the RAM has BGA components, (Ball Grid Array) which means the solder is arranged in small balls on the underside of the chip.
reflowing means heating the chip, with hot air, to the point that the solder melts and "Re-Flows", this helps to fix any dry joints caused during manufacture.

The Reflowing means probably not i fix red rings...
