Seeking a local Nokia provider in NC, USA

Nokia service center near Durham NC USA?

I'd like to flash the firmware in my Nokia 6230b from v4.43 to the latest. Wrote several Nokia folks for assistance, and they tell me to mail off my phone to their centralized shipping point in the US for repairs. This is my phone -- I'm not mailing off a non-broken device to get some bug fixes uploaded.

So the woefully convoluted Nokia website indicates that a store in D.C. 'might' be my closest next option. 4 hour drive?

I'm not looking to have the phone unlocked -- just have the latest firmware so some of the dumb bugs (like not using the MMC for music files) goes away.

Does anyone here know of local or regional shops in the Triangle that could flash the phone reliably? Seems Europe has far better service for Nokia than the States.
