FM radio without hands-free ?

Hi everybody.My name is Chris from Romania.
I have a Nokia 7250i and i manages to trick the phone by shorting pin 2&3 ( pop port accessory sensor ) to open the radio without a physical headset.In the screen appear headphone icon but & it not worked.Why ? If i plug original headset the radio work properly.It is possible turn on,and play, fm radio without accessories,only a connector and simple antena (0,5m wire) ? I`m sure the problem is in pin 2 , 3 and 4 for recognition.Please help me and sorry for my poor english.
