3310 dead during repairing

hi friends , i have a nokia 3310 with reconnect charger, i saw related post in forum for repairing reconnect charger, in that post for repairg reconnect charger is told that connect R200 with R204 i tried that and that works fine.thanks man,
now unfortunatly i tried another 3310 but mistakly i connect R204
with R306. when i tried to power on the phone after connecting R204 and R306 phone was become on and become dead after one sec, i tried to flash phone but phone does not flash, and phone is dead , help me for this problem,

for this problem do not warrid.
If you change CCONT Ic in your board it will be on.

dear friend thanks for your reply , i changed cont but it does not work and phone is still dead ,please help me if any other solution you know

@nokia5220, read my guide in articles section..U will know all U need..
@kamran, try to change chaps IC...the one u make bridge over to connect r200 to r204..
