problem cable data NOKIA 5190

Hello friends:
I have had problems to make my cable data 5190, here I show them the schematic diagram of the circuit, like they will see I have replaced only two components: the diode schottky 1N5819 for diode 1N4148 and the JFET BF245 for the 1260 (Package TO92).
When I run the LOGOMANAGER doesn't detect the cable data, like I can make to solve this anomaly? does somebody know? thank you in advanced.
I love them that I have proven with another circuit that I will put it in a new thread.

seeing your circuit then the one doesn't work the has a transistor that behaves as suiche to make mbus changes to fbus rx/tx by means of a pulse that the enters for the pin 7 of the port serial com. for sure the works with soft that ships pulse for pin 7 to work in mbus which is the comunicion way but common for serial in telephones tdma
