Mods for 8210

Hello!
I'm totaly new to flashing and would very much like to see pictures of what can be done with the graphics before I try anything.

Does anyone have links to homepages showing how some of the different mods (like project X and Z) looks like ?

If I upgrade my v.5.26 to a newer sw version what benefits will that give me ?
