Somehow I managed to turn on my "Line 2 is Forwarded" symbol (looks like the regular "forwarding is on" symbol, but with a "2" above it. The provider doesn't even support 2 numbers on the SIM. I have tried using nkprofile (1.1.7) to remove it by turning ALS off, but that didn't help. I'm running NSB-5, v3.05 firmware on a Nokia 7190 phone.

Any suggestions on what to do? I would build a flasher and flash the phone, but I need NSB-5, v3.30 and have no idea as to where to get the firmware.
