mc920 dead while unlocking

Hi

i was trying to found out the phone id and the software damage the phone. Now when i turn it on. the screen will stay wihout anything . The light comes , looks like the phone crashes, Can someons please tell me where to download a flash file and recomend a software to try to save this phone ?

Remove batery on 20 min...and everithing will be ok.....
