Normal ringtone convert to *.rng

Is there a way to convert a common ringtone file (rtttl, rtx, txt) logomanager rintones to *.rng files compatible with nokia 7650?

Is it same 7650 rng file with 9210 rng file? if yes, U can use ringmaster for 9210 to convert it..

common ringtone file (rtttl, rtx, txt) logomanager rintones are monophonics and are made to be mono or one note per beat unlike polyphonic tones (*.rng. etc) its made to be a poly one, meaning multi tones in a beat...
