3310 contact service even after change cobba?

Hi.
Today customer brought to me 3310 show CS. I tested with wintesla then it says cobba serial failed. I tried to change more than 10 new cobba still same. Also I changed around component near cobba,and ccont. But stll same. Now only faulty unit suspect is MAD or not?

I had one of these in the other day and I re-flashed it with neelix and it worked 100%

I think the only possible faulty is MAD you need to change it
