3650 Camcorder Upgrade

Hi,
Just got my 3650 today I want to upgrade the camcorder so it has sound. I downloaded the .sis file, how do I get it on to my phone now? 3650 newbie here so please bear with me.

You'l need to install an IR or Bluetooth adapter onto your PC. When you do this you can send the file to you 3650 from your PC.

You open it as a message on your 3650 and install it from there,

Where did you find the .sis file? Is it downloadable?

You can get the camera upgrade (.sis) file from the main Nokia Website.

Can anybody recommend a good Bluetooth adapter to use with 3650 that works well? How bout price?
