NEED HELP ON R210s (eeprom)

Hi

1. I have a R210s that shows "call ended" when try to make a call (also network found) and after this, it freeze.
2. I have another one (R210s) that shows "battery low" even the battery is full, and turns off after few secondes. Also when I type 9, shows 0 in the screen!!!

So I tried to flash them (don't have result), I tried to reset eeprom value with ToolBox 4.3 (no results too). So, I read that is "the eeprom is damaged", and must upload good one to the mobile.

I need to know how to upload good eeprom to these R210s, which software to use and which cable (is it the same to flash?)
