V205 Unlock

Hi,
I boguth this new v205 from this guy and he said it is unlock, but when I took it with me to ASIA, it turned out it is still SIM lock and I can't use the phone here in Asia....
Is anyone who can give immediate help to unlock it so I can use it ASAP.

try to upgrade to V200. V200 is especially for Asia user.
