5 times code entry

Hey...if i enter the wrong restriction code more than 5 times is it locked forever?

after 5 times entering wrong code you cannot unlock the phone anymore by using codes but you can only unlock via cable by a mbus cable/flashercable or box and with the respective software.

i have a nokia 8390....no cable ports....no blue tooth etc...just has an infrared port....how would i go about unlocking it? and where? i live in ottawa, ontario , canada
