I believe for at&t USA it is 310-38, but you need to double check. If you need help to unlock your phone, you need to give enough info for someone to help. I made the same mistake and it was hard for anyone to help. You need to provide:

-phone model
-phone imei
-provider code

ur provider is ur service provider, if u search u can find the code on the bulletin board, or just pm me and i will see if i can look it up for u
