what is DCT4 and what can i do with it?

and if my 3650 is unlocked. what can i do with it?

DCT4 it´s a forth nokia phones generation... (Like your 3650)

With unlocked phone, u can insert any SIM-Card u want. Not just only your SIM-Card or from your network. Unlocked, will accept cards from all networks.

i think my new 3650 was not unlocked.

but i can use another sim card too. what is the different.
new i use O2 Germany network.

i can use sim of another network too.
example. vodafone,D-1,E-plus etc.

if you can use a simcard of another provider like you said, and you can make/recieve calls then you phone is unlocked and you don't need a code for it.
